- If you have paid a slot amount for the masterclass, you will not be eligible for a refund for the slot amount as this price is paid upfront to book your seat ahead.
- If you have purchased an online course or program from Integrate Skill, you may request a refund to the same day of your purchase date. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of the approved request.
